Recycling Thoughts

Well, I was wandering a few minutes ago on the net, actually, I still am. After staring at the computer screen for 5 minutes straight looking like an idiot, i gotta say that i don't know precisely what to write. In fact, there is so much to do, so much to think and analyze that right now my mind is maybe overloaded with information, maybe 50% of it useless, but it is something.

Now that i think about it, let's talk about the latest generation and it's technology and way of life.

I know i tend to be very critical, but today's incidents and life are a juicy subject to talk about. Specially the ones which are related with consumerism and yeah, the human being's decadence.

It is true, we face every day challenge (or maybe not) with a lot of prejudice, no matter what it is. Let's face it, majority of people are not going to change the way they are, the way they think. The only thing that changes is the way they feel about themselves and what sorrounds them, their little world, their bubble. That is one of today's problems, i have to say i am talking in general based in what i know, what i've seen, but nowadays people just dont seem to see further more than their own person. In some way, it is sad that they are just trying to get away with it, in some cases, they want to stand out, to make people notice their existence. To acomplish that goal means doing it by all means necessary. Other people just go along the way with the rest, following the current of little fishes in a vast ocean.

To see, to take a deeper look is tough. But, isnt that what is all about? No matter who we really are, we all wear a mask, simply because in some situations we are scared to show our truly self. I have to admit that i have know few people who really are authentic and also, i have met people who are are imbecils. Either way, that doesn't give us the right to treat them in a bad or a good way. It is not our task to judge people in this planet, that is God's duty with us when our time comes.

Have you ever wondered why all of us look different, talk different even though we all live in the same planet? I have. Since i was a little girl i've been intrigued about that. It is funny, illogical all of those problems about race, sexuality, money, etc etc. As for me, i see all people equally. No one is superior or inferior to anybody. Those differences are just traits that cannot be changed, they should be embraced and accepted, because there is no wrong or right, they just are the way they are.

(i look through my window, it is raining, nothing could be more relaxing than this: writting with the sound of the clash and the rain in the background, to bad there is no more cherry coke)

Interesting, when i think, write or talk about this subject some people come to my mind. People that used to be friends of mine, but for some reason just walk away from my life. i have to admit i'm confused about this. Walking away with no apparent reason at all, leaves you with a lot of thinking, perhaps with missconceptions and a lot of hours wondering "what the hell did just happen?". But, in a way, i´m happy (?). What i´m trying to say with this little piece of story is that you just can't get along with everybody. There is always gonna be those people who cant stand you or annoy you. That is fine by me. Most of the times you don't know what's been on the other person's mind. Other times you don't understand. That is why i've came to the conclusion of living and let live. It is difficult to take a deeper look at others and get to know them because there will be times they won't let you. But that is not a problem.

If something bothers you about someone that you DONT know, just shut up; dont interfere. There is no reason to make a scene and make the fool of yourself, that is pointless and won't change anything. No one has the right to meddle into someone's life, specially when it is someone you just met or someone you barely know. AND if it is someone you DO know, only if it is one of your closest friends in life, that you even jump a cliff for them, yeah, maybe you can talk about it. But always ALWAYS try to be in THEIR SHOES. that makes it easier to understand.

TOLERANCE that is what the world needs today, not new clothes or the latest gadgets. Life would be a little nicer if we learn to do that.
